This page includes a link to a survey about relationship-related OC symptoms, perceptions of self, others and relationships in general.
We are interested in the way you experience intimate relationships.
The questionnaires will ask about your experiences, behaviors, perceptions of intimate relationships and symptoms relating to mood (e.g., anxiety, depression and stress).
There are no right or wrong responses to these questions, but true and correct answers are requested.
You will not be asked to identify yourself on the survey, so the information and results from the study will be completely confidential and will only be used for the purpose of this study. Because of the confidential nature of the information and the fact that no names will be gathered with each participant’s information, there will be no way to access specific information about you.
This information will be kept confidential and I will follow the American Psychological Association Ethical Standards, including those for Research with Human Participants.
Please be aware that you may participate or withdraw from the study at anytime. You will suffer no penalty of any kind should you choose to withdraw.
